So,

I was not expecting to buy a PS4 anytime soon. I actually planned to buy one when uncharted 4 dropped. but skimming craigslist I got one with COD (Ghost) for $220.00

Really happy I scored such a deal. I asked the guy why he was selling it. He said that it was a spur of the moment purchase, and he actually preferred to game still on his ps3.

I wonder how much of the general population (Casual gamers) still feels this way about the current gen of consoles (X1, PS4 and WiiU)?

Even though the PS4 is selling hand over fist, I have started to see alot more PS4's popping up on Craigslist more, and more.

What's going on?

Now I have to make room for my new baby! yay

Yeah sometimes people buy stuff on the spur of the moment, and then get very bored of what they've then got. It happens with everything, the silly thing is a little patience is always rewarded :D

thanks everyone. My only problem is where I live comcast has put a data cap on me 350gb a month. While it does seem like alot. I also do alot of streaming, and have downloaded a few games for the Xbox one. I really want to go all digital this gen. It really is great clicking on an block and the game just loads. I still have all my old systems down tothe Coleco vision and sega master system. But in all honesty I keep them in case I want to play them again, but I never do. But I'm too attached to those things to let them go.
Anybody else in that boat?

I still want a Wii U, when Zelda drops. maybe I can find another system on the cheap then too.

So PS4 is selling better at retailers AND second hand? Surely a beasting console.

I used my PS3 more than PS4 in 2013, but I think after inFAMOUS Second son, I easily spend most of my gaming time on PS4. There are just too many games for it than I even have time, so my PS3 actually getting neglected.

I am also very spoiled by the PS4 controller and now don't like my PS3 controller.
