Whew. I thought it was going to be something good. I'm sure everyone knows my opinion of the new Tomb Raider. Lara Croft plays like Michael Jordan on the moon and the game feels way too much like a crappy Assassin's Creed the majority of the time mixed with bits and pieces of Uncharted. Game felt mostly like one giant fetch quest.

Well, this franchise is dead.

This is a huge win for MS, but I can understand some disdain for SE...

It doesn't matter. Naughty Dog and Uncharted will be preferred anyhow. TR1 was basically Uncharted 1, 6 years later.

I don't care, what-so-ever about it being xbox only, I can just pick it up for xbox, what I do care about is the obvious and predictable outcome of the sales being extremely poor.
Franchise is going to suffer significantly.

This is surprising with how much they complained about sales of the last game and the fact that PS4 sales of the re-release were 3x the XB1 sales.

Must have be a very big check.

But again that wording within the blog post, "As you may have seen, we’ve just announced that Rise of the Tomb Raider, coming Holiday 2015, is exclusively on Xbox."

Why specifically mention holiday 2015? It just makes no sense considering Tomb Raider sells a lot better on PlayStation consoles and Square Enix have said multiple times that the game did not originally sell as well as they wanted it to. I'm going to wait before jumping to conclusions.

I hope sony isn't getting too complacent. 1st EA access and now this!
