That's true. Maybe he knew who was on his team and thought they would vote for outlaw changing the balance? That is what ended up happaning, most everyone except a small few all voted for outlaw. I have to go back and look but did he say it before or after padib used his skill?

Also the reason that I think outlaw is town is because he's a coward.
I told him to vote himself and he didnt. This tells me that outlaw for certain, didnt trust p adibs claim.
a mafia would have no reason to disbelieve the mayor claim. Only a townie who thought padib was a mafia would distrust. Either that or a serial killer.
so, in my opinion. Theres only two things outlaw could be. 1 townie, 2serial killer

Well, I was thinking about it. I thought "ok lets work this out. Lets say there really is a second faction. Lets say its smears and rct. (Lol smears) who would they target If they were the second faction. (Could be anyone really. Lets just assumits not the morons who are pushing it so hard padib hylian nickela). The smart move would be to take out one of those three. Why? Because if there IS a second team, and they knew so because of number theory, they would want to kill the only other people who were nearly claiming to be a mafia team.
if I was in a second team, I would have targeted nickels or hylian. I

Makes senses. Besides, the lack of a second death coupled with the flavor point toward a single Mafia faction. So I'll consider it as such until proven wrong.

It is Fire Emblem, after all. Multiple enemy factions (or wild cards) are a big part of that series.

Well,
To clarify, we can't IMMEDIATELY rule out that there is no second faction. There are these longshot alternatives:
1. Each team is even/odd meaning mafia group a can kill night one, mafia group b night 2. We've previously had a game where that was the case.
2. Mafia team A has direct kills. Mafia team B has poisons (which kill after one day)
3. Mafia team A or B chose not to kill
4. Mafia team A or B were prevented somehow.

These are all very longshot possibilities, but they should be known nonetheless.
