Apparently my absence is an issue. I've been gone because I don't really have anything good to contribute, since the first day there's no solid basis to vote for anyone. If you want meaningless updates from me to not look suspicious, fine, but it doesn't change who I am.

Quoting for your attention since it seems like youre not following as ive posted to you once already but not in quote.

please take your vote off of me. I know you think its whatever, but i dont think you actually believe im mafia. Im asking you because i want to be able to contribute tomorrow, provided i survive the night. If youre not confident in your own contributions allow someone who is to keep playing.

Certainly not the case. Granted that I did vote for you, you have been doing nothing but hurling names when talking about me. I don't appreciate that. As I said, I don't like to say much when there's not a lot to go off of.

That said, I do acknowledge that your contributions are very active and make the game lively. I will unvote you, but you must know that it's not because you asked me to (in fact, if I went with my gut, I would be much more inclined to stick with my vote), but because I see your contributions and the benefit they give the game regardless of whatever side you're on. You are not on good terms with me.

UNVOTE: theprof00

VOTE: outlawauron

I vote outlawauron

Ninja'd. My vote just now has nothing to do with RCTjunkie.

@hylian
last thing I promise.
the reason i get killed night 1 by mafia is that it doesnt matter what i do.
i am aggressive on day 1 because its all i ever get so i do as much as possible
if you simply cant understand that, then theres no reason to even talk to ul

@rct
All I did was call you a noob. Not like I called you casual like I used to. ;)

While I see people's logic about outlawauron, I just want to say one thing about his activity: People have mentioned that he doesn't start conversations, but I rarely see him start conversations outside of this thread either. I mostly see him in COMG, and he's active, but usually commenting on someone else. Go ahead, go to his profile, click posts, and look at his last 100 posts. 77 of them are quoting somebody. Several of the ones that didn't contain a quote were posts in THIS thread. The way he's commenting in this thread is simply his nature. The content is lacking a bit contribution wise, so he's not totally free of suspicion, but in my experience with him in the COMG thread, even the content seems about right for him.

What? I never switched my vote.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

In defense of my vote for prof, and why you should vote him too: at some point, you mentioned (I think it was you) that you don't think mafia have a reason to be super aggressive first day, but prof himself has said that being aggressive first day has gotten him killed multiple times, and is now using that as an argument to defend himself. If he felt that it was so dangerous, you'd think he'd learn from it and change his playstyle.*{1} Instead, he's literally being twice as aggressive as everyone else, with over twice as many contributions and twice as many posts as the next most active person, according to the last count I saw. If trying hard is a townie move, then I think he's trying TOO hard to be seen as a townie. A typical mafia move, according to several people on here, including yourself, is to lay low and just barely contribute anything. Prof mentioned at some point the term "yomi", which he said means acting differently than you would otherwise be expected to based on other people's knowledge of how you should be behaving. He seems like a very experienced player to me. So I think he's trying to be different from the typical, expected mafia move to lay low and contribute just enough to seem active, and instead do what a veteran player would expect of a dedicated townie.*{2} His strategy is based around fooling a veteran player, based on what a veteran player would expect, or at least, what veteran players in this thread have claimed to suspect. He's trying too hard though, in my opinion, even for a dedicated townie, and others have made arguments why this could be harmful. It draws attention to what he wants drawn attention to, which can create opportunities for anyone he's missing to lay low. I think he's mafia, but I want him gone, even if he's not.

As for why no one has voted for his accusations*{3}, I suspect that's because his explanations and arguments are so long that I'm not the only person to admit they've started skimming at this point. I'm trying to keep my post lengths down to avoid this issue. I'm not trying to be a dick, but it's quite honestly starting to irritate me at this point. I'll admit my emotions may be clouding my judgement, so feel free to take that into account. Honestly, I do see your logic about outlawauron, so if it comes down to a tie near the end of the day between prof and outlaw like it is right now, I'll probably change my vote to prof, but for now I'm sticking to prof.

1. Town winning >> living till the game ends.

2. It's not that at all. I noticed several tactics, too subtle for a newcomer to spot. Someone who isn't paying attention wouldn't notice them either. Not answering my question right away so he could glean as much info as possible from the situation (it worked), the trick he tried on IkePoR with daytalk and no one even corrected him except noname2200, which in turn gave me a hunch about IkePoR...etc.

3. No, it's because what he was saying wasn't all that accusational to begin with. It was written to elicit responses, encourage participation, which it most certainly did. Again, it's the subtle things. Besides, before he and I got started with everything, everyone else was all "ew day 1, whatever, meh...etc.". I like it better our way.

@bolded: nice attitude. Maybe I  should save my virtual breath.
