Seriously, what do you say?

In Sweden I'd say that it's pretty common for people to say that "I have to take a dump" or "I have to take a piss" or just "I have to go to the toilet" but never ever "bathroom".

Do you use euphemisms when you have to take a leak or do you let your company face the truth?

I might add that a topic like this started an etiquette debate in one of the bigger newspapers in Sweden.

No seriously there are tonns of things to say where I am, you can just say "I have to go", or "excuse me for a minute" or "I´ve got to water some flowers" then there are more fulgar things to say like "Gotta drain the snake"  .... could go on forever..... 

I get up and go. If someone asks where I'm going, I tell them its "none of their business."

You don't announce it to the world. You just do it.

But if you do have to go number two really bad, you'll say "I have to take a SHIT!"
