Yep, Subaru is as expected getting smarter and wiser, and it gives results (thanks episode 18!). Rem still likes to stomp on the other best girl competitors.

A slow episode overall, but next episode should be brutal...

Tales of Unlimited Budget X had an interesting fifth episode, focusing on Berseria instead of Zestiria, but I really hope they have a plan to tie the two story lines together in the show. Otherwise this is just going to feel like very well animated marketing, which, I mean, isn't a bad thing, but I hope Berseria still has some surprises for me when it comes out too.

Bio: Guts is the protagonist of the story. He is a tall, muscular man with a huge sword called the Dragon Slayer, a prosthetic left forearm that has a magnetic grip which also conceals a cannon. Guts is a tragic hero; he is born as one who may be able to struggle against Causality, but seemingly unable to affect it on a large scale.
