Alderamin is kinda meh but I'm intrigued where it will go from here.
Ange Vierge and Mob Psycho really have to deliver to save this season.

New Jojo season hype! The OP is already starting to shift the tone of this Part from just Josuke living his life happily in Morioh to fighting for it with everything he's got and there is so much foreshadowing in it, I love it.
Next episode is gonna be the most bizzare one yet. Also, for those watching it, "that scene" is never mentioned again, Araki had something planned for it, but dropped it halfway through Part 4. Although I'm starting to think he's bringing it back in Part 8, but that might just be wishful thinking. Also, fun fact people are always intimidated by Araki because they think he based Rohan on himself xD

91 days looks fine but I don't have time for schlong filled drama this season.

i take it "that scene" is
Josuke's childhood hero?
and why do people think Araki based Rohan off himself like i heard of that running joke among jojo fans just like how with Bleach fans its a running joke that Aizen is Kubo written into the story.

Yeah that's the scene.
The reason for that was simply because he's a mangaka like him and people immediately joked that he portrayed Rohan off himself. Of course, in the west it's just a joke (like jotaro loving dolphins being the reason he became a marine biologist), but surprisingly in Japan some people really do believe he based Rohan off himself. He's even talked about how some interviewers and other editors were nervous around him because they were expecting a Rohan attitude. This is probably one of the reasons he doesn't like Rohan that much anymore, it really irks him when they compare Rohan to him.
Aizen is a troll and so is Kubo. Aizen=Kubo That's pretty much where the bleach one came from xD Not much to talk about this one. Pretty sure Kubo loves this to be honest.

Handa-kun is surprisingly not completely terrible. I might not drop this if the second episode is good.

I'm on ReLife episode 8. It's usually pretty good, though the episodes about the support team can be slow. Sometimes the high school drama is a bit cheesy, as well. I like it more when it's subtle comedy, especially with the awkward girl.
So far, I have only two real complaints. First, the music. Sometimes I really want them to shut up with the piano during dialogue. Second, there was an episode with the normal "girl falls down the stairs and the boy reaches out to grab her but falls down, too" scene. That's fine, even if it's totally cliche, but the part that killed me was that, when the school nurse got to them, they were both knocked out cold (somehow) yet all they did was take them back to the nurse's office. What the hell? What about neck or head trauma? They didn't even ask how they were feeling when they woke up or check for concussion symptoms. Come on, try a bit harder to be realistic.

Second episode of Shokugeki no Soma was pretty solid. It still felt a little rushed, but it established some backstory for one of the less focused on characters and left a cliffhanger ending instead of deciding the victor in a single episode. I can understand why these matches ultimately aren't taking as long though.
It's a series of one on one matches that would take the entire season if multiple episodes were spent on each one. It's a smarter play than it seems like at first glance to power through this phase of the Autumn elections, especially since strengths and struggles of the majority of the involved characters were covered throughout the first two cours, and the dish choices for this part of the competition are a bit more simple overall.
I'm hoping once we hit the next phase that things slow down just a hair to establish tension, drama, and ridiculous overreactions to eating food that made season one so good.

Confirmed...... Re:zero is anime of the year. If you think otherwise you are wrong...... well maybe you're right.

That episode sure had a lot of great visual set pieces. The director definitely does know what he's doing.
What I love about this anime is that it does not adhere to conventions at all. Especially when it comes to OPs and EDs.
