Love live Sunshine: it seems...really similar to the previous series, identical in some points. I was hoping for a little more originality, but if I look at it like it's a reboot or its own thing, it's not too bad. Main girl is just as annoying as Honoka, so that gets on my nerves sometimes, but some of the girls seem interesting so that's good. I think I already have a favorite too. I do think it's still going to be enjoyable, so I'll keep going with it.

Twin tails right? Right! *Stares angrily at Shadow*

Actually yeah you got it right :) Same tastes I suppose.

Just caught back up with Jojo and i gotta say i would rank part 4 as my second favorite part so far and will probably read its manga when it goes like on break for a season just like i did with Stardust Crusaders.

Yeah part 4 is one of the best ones. I'd probably call it my second favorite as well behind part 7. The best of part 4 hasn't come yet, so prepare yourself, you still haven't seen "him" :p

Alright, character of the month is donee. Next month shall be Guts for sure! And the one after is a surprise yar! A little late this time around due to Canada day but hopefully, that won't happen again!

Character: Holo

Anime: Spice and Wolf

Bio: Holo is a wolf harvest deity that was bound to the town of Pasloe, ensuring a bountiful harvest for the residents. As the villagers became more self-reliant with time, however, Holo was neglected and, feeling unneeded, skipped town with the traveling merchant, named Lawrence, by 'jumping' from the villagers' wheat to Lawrence's wheat in his wagon. She longs to return to Yoitsu, her snowy homeland, and makes a contract with Lawrence to accompany her there.

Tales of Zestiria the X honestly did not have a bad first episode. An anime original, technically episode 0, but I'm glad to know the bulk of the story will be anime original since the game story was pretty weak overall. Being animated by Ufotable helps, of course.

Apparently it will also be a 25 episode split cour show. 13 episodes this summer, 12 for the winter season.

ToZ already AOTS

oops forgot to add "Opinion:"

My watch list so far, determined exclusively by first episode watching:
Re: Zero (Spring leftover)
Tales of Zestiria the X
Fukigen na Mononokean
Rewrite
Shokugeki no Soma S2
Hatsukoi Monster

Still need to check out Berserk to see if I hate the animation as much as everyone else, and I may hold off on Arslan until it's complete since it will only be an 8 episode season. Nothing else that has aired already catches my eye.

Short summary of last season ...

Big Order is awful since the serious parts of the plot are frequently undermined ... (3/10)

Hero Academia wasn't everything that was cracked up to be when it's doing the bare minimum aside from the fights which are few and far in between. The rival is also one of the more insufferable male MCs from this season too ... (5/10)

Bungou Stray Dogs does lots of right things but it doesn't get too far in the story so there's a good amount of potential for the second season ... (6/10)

Asterisk War is a big improvement over it's last season where high quality battles are more plentiful and the plot gets much better near the end only to be disappointingly terminated ... (7/10)

Joker Game is one of the more original of this season since it's based around the espionage concept but the story is episodic and characters are mostly sterile so while there is a good amount of enjoyment to be had it's very hard to relate with it ... (6/10)

Kabaneri has enough tension and action with it to make great yet I fail to understand the motivations behind the villain and it's conclusion is open ended ... (7/10)

if your talking about the main villain of part 4 then yeah i am excited to see him i have heard a ton of great things about Part 4's villain going as far as hearing that he is Araki's favorite Jojo villain.
