Those anime ratings... pretty obvious children are the largest audience.

Oh, and was that Thomas the tank engine there? :o

Yeah, and most of the top 10 have been there for years, though the order sometimes changes around.  Curious George often hangs around the #10 spot and swaps out with a few other long running shows for kids.  I remember being very surprised that Ace Attorney did so well for itself.  I wonder where Youkai Watch is, though?  Is it still running?  Hm.

Most of anime that we watch gets miniscule ratings, thought hey also often air late at night and people just record them.  Anime is Japan's infomercials.

Bungou Stray Dogs was decent this week. Got to the episode a few days late, but overall, I'd say the episode was solid. It may not be the best show of the season, but honestly, it isn't bad. One of the better ones in a pretty lackluster season.

Asterisk War is a big improvement over it's last season ...

Flora's voice makes everything bad.

Overall I'd say Asterisk War is still painfully mediocre in most ways, but it's at least entertaining to watch.

Half the anime I'm following this season would classify as painfully mediocre like Big Order, Joker Game, My Hero Academia, and Terraformars: Revenge but at least Asterisk War can deliver good action compared to a good portion of the bunch I've listed despite being advertised as a generic action/harem LN adaption ...

Re: Zero hasn't gotten there yet but it will if it keeps up this pace ...

My genuinely good picks of this season would be Bungou Stray Dogs, Kabaneri, and Twin Star Excorists (considering following this one in the manga) ...

Oh boy. It looked like something might actually start happening in My Hero Academia, and we still have to wait one more week for the plot to start making forward momentum. This is kind of a turd so far.

Maybe you should give Macross Delta or Kuromokuro a shot when it comes to action.

Can't often bring myself to watch Mecha anime so I'm shit out of luck until next season ...

Im watching quite a lot of Comedy this season.
- Sakamoto
- 12 Sai
- Shounen Maid
- Tanaka kun

Then you got these animes which are quite funny (in one way or another)
- Super Lovers
- Mayoiga

And then you got my No.1 for this season so far!
- Jokers Game

Pocky Lover Boy!

So apparently finally some plot happened in Re: Zero. Too bad that none of it made any sense.
