I still don't know how I feel about most of this season. One Punch Man and the new Gundam series are the only ones that have immediately grabbed me in a way that I know I won't drop them. The rest of what I've started I'm still somewhat unsure about. I likely won't drop Calvary or Asterisk because they're simply the type of show I most often watch. The rest is at risk of being randomly dropped out of lack of interest at any time though.

I feel like I always get one guilty pleasure show every season that I enjoy more than I should have. Last season it was Monster Musume, this season it's Ore ga Ojousama Gakkou

Your guilty pleasure from last season was the show that had me going wtf is wrong with the anime industry. 6/10 never again.

Ore ga ojousama Gakkou however is right up my ally... except for the loli.

I just watched kuroshitsuji book of murder and it was amazing.
I love kuroshitsuji so much!!! I need a third season.

Shomin Sample really is out there, but it being so unbelievably ridiculous is exactly what makes it worth watching.

Also, for reference, Shomin Sample is a whole hell of a lot easier to type out than Ore ga ojousama Gakkou. :p

Just tried watching Valkyrie Drive.... yeah, no thanks, overtakes Gyo as the worst anime Ive ever seen. At least with the ridiculousness of Monster Musume last season, the show was fucking hilarious, but this shit, it be quicker to load up some hentai and beat your dick to that, coz you sure as hell aren't watching it for its ... amazing story /s

This is the exact reason I only watched about 15 minutes of one episode of Seikon no Qwaser. Everything I watched in those 15 minutes absolutely sucked, both figuratively and literally. It's faster just to load up some hentai and call it a day than suffer through poor production value and an awful story just to see some anime boobs get sucked or otherwise.

High School DxD is basically the only super ecchi show I've watched where the balance of plot, production value, and "plot" was well done. I've stuck with it for three seasons for good reason.

Because there isn't more anime like that? I know how you feel

Um... how about because it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life.

Well you can't just load an h-anime instead because the vast majority of them looks even shittier thanks to an even lower budget. You won't find nicely animated tits like in Qwaser in any h-anime. BTW Qwaser really evolved into some serious plot over the course of its 2 seasons. I had fun watching it both for the characters and the tit sucking.

Is it censored?

I think each season has a batch of censored episodes from the TV release, but most sites out there should have updated their collections with the uncensored BD rips for seasons one and two ages ago. The uncensored episodes for season three are out there too. By now they may even be the BD rips, but they may also still be the HD network captures. Either way, the quality is fine.

I tried to watch a single episode of High School DxD with censoring precisely one time. Never again.

To note, season one is mostly ecchi, but has decent plot development. Season two does a better job building on the harem aspect with even more ecchi, and more decent plot. Season three is admittedly the most disappointing of the lot in terms of ecchi content, and animation did go down a small notch for one reason or another. It has the most legitimate plot, but I feel like season three tried to take itself a little too seriously at times. Still worth a watch if you enjoy seasons one and two, at the least.
