Seriously!  I cannot think of any other game that got this good of a score and deserved it.  Straight up:  BELIEVE THE HYPE!

welp.. finally traded in my ps3 copy today at gamestop. Will be picking up my ps4 version tomorrow. freakin awesome because since it's consider a pre-order, I also get gamestop's preorder bonus on top of that. h-e-double hockey sticks YEA!!!

I remember you being a huge advocite for the game not being worth it for people who already had the ps3 ver. What changed your mind? also glad to see it continue to get the reviews it deserves.

Your post is salt and makes no sense...IGN has only given a 10 a few times, IGN is hardly the only site giving TLOU a 10, it has gotten a tonne of 10's and hundredsawards..... Sounds liek your butthurt, so you pick the opne score thats a bit lower then the rest, how surprising. TLOU is a masterpiece in everyway, deal with it.

IMO these scores should be lower then original. Apart from the fact that this is absolutely the same game, it even has the same bugs in the same places as the original! I do understand that porting it to ps4 isn't simply to copy and paste, but COME ON! Really?

Sure it's a good game, though I found it very simplistic on the gameplay side of things, but to give all these 10s again for a remaster? Are those couple extra pixels and a smooth shadow enough to make these reviewers cream all over it again? Less than a year later? Because it's exactly the same in every other aspect. I just don't see it, this ultimate praise the game gets. Not to sound salty, I liked it, but, overrated much?

OR maybe they have just made some really good games this gen(well last gen seeing as we are currently in gen 8) That could be why they have been getting so many 10's on their games. Also nothing wrong with you feeling game is not a 10 that is perfefctly fine but that second statement of yours just seemed a little....odd.

OT: Congrats to ND this was indeed and AMAZING game and to get it updated AND get all the DLC included is a plus andhopefully the people who buy the game enoy it as much as I did on my PS3! 

I can understand why the game itself can get a 95, but there isn't enough work put into it to deserve that as a remake. And that's without taking into consideration the game is about a year old...

This game doesn't deserve tens where the original didn't get tens, though, unless the only justification for it is the shinnier graphics seeing as how they've changed next to nothing else, so I find it strange that suddenly tens are working their way out of the woodwork where before they weren't tens. That is why I said that statement, the second one that is. (I also tend to think NDs IPs have been overrated since J&D, but that's an opinion for another day and another time!)

The overall 90-95 is still a worthy score for the game, though I would always argue that a remaster should not be nearly as high as the original unless significant changes to the actual gameplay occured. They haven't here.
