This whole Mafia thing reminds me of a card game the townsfolk (heh) around where I live used to play. Everyone is given a card, and depending on the card given, you're either the police, the killer or innocent peasants. Killer kills peasants, peasants hang whoever they think it's the killer and police has to deduce who the killer is.

 

If this is more or less the same, but using PM's and roleplaying a bit, I'm definitively interested.


Yeah, that's more or less the gist.  The only difference is that in a themed game, the "cards" are a little more varied.
