I tried them a long time ago with Tomb Raider and couldn't figure out how to get them to work. Plus, I already had the controller in my hand (I don't have a camera) so it was kind of pointless.

I know this isn't an Xbox One vs. PS4 debate and Kinect seems to have been a dud, anyway but sometimes (not all of the time), the voice controls on Xbox One are pretty convenient. The get you from point A to point B in seconds. It was designed around that, though. Just wanted to say that it can be a good thing.

pretty much the same for me.

 

tried them (via the camera).  work flawlessly for me.  my wife ran into the room because she thought i was yelling for her.  then my baby woke up and started to cry.  i quickly released that voice commands were more trouble than they were worth seeing as the voice command saved me like,. 2 button presses.  yeah,. so not worth it.

Your second paragraph reflects my thoughts 1:1.

I hope they will introduce some means of other game browsing and storring as the horizontal list is starting to get really really long even though I rarely go back to the end, it would still be nice to have some options.


i think the games in the horizontal list have to be on your HDD otherwise they are just in your library.  if your list is too long you could delete the games you aren't going to play anytime soon perhaps. 

but yeah,. i foldering option would be nice.  i just wish some of the things would get off that list.  like why isn't video unlimited foldered up with the rest of the video services?!  that's where it belongs imo.

Yeah I know, but until I have HDD space issues I like to keep my games installed, just in case when that time comes, I'll just delete the games I've completed, but since the bulk of my games are indie I have probably like 20-25 apps currently.



So it is happening...PS4 preorder.
