Forums - Gaming - What weeks will XBO outsell PS4 Globally? Halo releases? Price drops?

In 2014, none I reckon. Though 3rd tier countries launch week might get close. In 2015 if they price cut in summer to $299 before PS4 does its first price cut then I can see that putting it above PS4. Halo 5 launch week, also likely to be above PS4.

It never will.

The PS5 Exists.

I too would have said halo 5 week. But sony will just do an infamous for that week.

Knowing sony, they very well could time the release of Uncharted 4 and maybe even one other game to coincide with the week of halo 5 to dampen its momentum. Kinda like what they did with infamous and titanfall.

To be sure, i don't think xbone will ever outsell ps4 unless sony do some crazy shit in the next months.

Sadly, for a strong competition I think it might it won't ever, perhaps if MCC is released.

Probably never. People are forgetting uncharted 4 is also due next year. This time uncharted 4 might sell more than halo 5.

It will be released, I'm sure of that. No chance they will just suddenly cancel it now.

Grammar Nazi on the way! *when*

I genuinely don't think it will. Not this year. I think the XBO's lineup is slightly better, but it just doesn't have enough market interest. China won't help, Japan definitely won't help, and the U.S. alone can't do it.
