To be fair, we need to find out how accurate MS was with their internal estimate.  They may be in 3rd.  Also, from one of the tweets posted prior, it seems like the poster thought they were estimating for a specific length of time in June, not for the whole month.  Creamsugar will let us know soon enough.

 
Price cut was on june 6th, it's been pretty much in effect for entire month, unless they were talking about period between 1st and 5th june

all they need to do is keep doing what theyre doing. they have the most games and the largest variety. people will end up seeing that. wii u also has japan on lock down, its winning that territory. nintendomination.

You do realize that once devs in Japan actually move fully onto the current gen, the PS4 is going to be getting the majority of 3rd party support, right?  Wii U isn't getting big games like FF15 or KH3, and probably won't get the new RE games, either.  Fact is, if a dev wants to pump out a visually impressive game, they will always go with the PS4.

Downright respectable numbers for the Wii U. Dunno if Nintendo can keep up the momentum, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts. Good job to VGC for being accurate, at least on 3DS and Wii U numbers.

You mean those games that will be delayed to 2018?

Also, it isn't about graphics. Nintendo just doesn't care about 3rd parties (except on 3DS)

So this is what deluded looks like....

Infamous, Driveclub, MLB, LBP3, Destiny, CoD:AW, AC:U, Watchdogs (just to name a few) are all not remasters and all not coming to the wiiU (maybe excpet Watchdogs). I am going to assume that you actually are just playing and can't possibly believe what you are saying. Its simply impossible for anyone to be that far gone.

This gen is gonna be so boring then!  

There's always a 2nd place battle, look at the 7th gen

Maybe, but Wii U vs X1 isn't that exciting IMO.

Looks at thread title. June 2014 NPD PS4 #1.   That's some train your hopping on, maybe you should take it out of reverse!
