yep--they are getting ready to send out mailers...you get one pop in your copy of the game...they get it back and send you a copy that has been fixed...how long it takes ?????....but i have signed up for it....will keep ya posted

They started sending out mailers at least 10 days ago for people that want a new game. They also offer to give you a refund if they want. It took them a while but they look to be stepping up and making things better.
