I'm implying your comment had no merit, which it doesn't.

And you're right, it's not exactly the same, because DS and BB sound more different gameplay wise than Halo vs Halo.

"Sound" being the operative word. Sounds different, same gameplay ;)

No..you really should brush up on your Bloodborne knowledge before you make those comments.

Nah, a little ignorance on the subject of unreleased video games never hurt anyone

Seems too soon. I mean we JUST got Dark Souls 2. I know they are technically separate IPs but they are still very similar in gameplay.

That´s because the vast majority of the team that worked on Demons Souls and Dark Souls, including the director himself, didn´t work on DS2, which was made by a different team. They have been instead working on Bloodborne ever since the DS DLC was released, so by the time it´s released it´ll have been around 2.5 years, which seems about the right time for the development and release of a game.

You must be acting witty, implying that the MCC and Halo 5 being a year apart qualifies as the same circumstance.huh.

As much fan service as the MCC is, the games themselves are all older Halo titles. Not exactly the same as Dark Souls 2 to Bloodborne within a year.

What about Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2 then?

You know what I am going to say and you know it

Horizon is open world arcadey and Motorsport is a track based sim. They share half a title and gameplay wise......well cars driving is kind of the theme in any racer. DS2 and Bloodborne share a more intimate simalarity.

I know we like to hate on games like COD for being too annualized and god forbid Bloodborne gets even half that taint from being released so close to Dark Souls 2. But really, there is nothing wrong with that if the qualtiy is there. I mean I said its too soon but that doesn't stop people buying MLB or COD. If its fun people will come.

I personally am not hating on annualized games, I have more of a problem with twisting and turning arguments to suit ones agenda. ;)

hopefully they either revamp the checkpoint system or revamp the level design. This is coming from a guy who got the Demon's Souls platinum but hated going through 15 minutes of easy enemies only to die on the boss because it took so long I didn't have time to get used to it. Some levels would have a shortcut open but having to slowly plod through some of them after dying really sucked when you knew the only challenge was at the end. Either have a pre-boss checkpoint or make the enemies before them more meaningful.
