#2 not really

#4 new IP (with more bad than good "talk" e.g extreme linearity etc.)
#5 a title that is just playable with optional hardware
#6 last gen port
#7 racing game that is partially free2play that focuses more on visuals than on gameplay.

The 60fps does. Completely transforms the feel of the game for a much better experience. Better textures and models etc are just a bonus.
