Forums - Gaming - Shadow of Mordor Is 1080p On PS4, Will Push For 60fps, No Comment On Xbox One Version

We could stop having these threads if xb1 fans would all drop the 'there will be parity' hokum, and at the same time ps4 fans offered a truce on showing every multiplat where the xb1 fell short.

Never going to happen. Even last gen you had threads every time the 360 versions has higher res and/or framerate or when we found out the install times on some ps3 titles.

iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.

Currently playing:

Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)

Got a retro room? Post it here!

True that, console warriors gonna console war.

This should not be surprise to anyone anymore.

Check any thread where an XB1 game hits 1080p. 'The gap is shrinking!'. LOL. Yes, Microsoft is sending silicon fairies to your Xbox in the middle of the night to replace the weak GPU with a better one, and to rip out that 2007-era DDR3 to replace with GDDR5! /mrxmedia.

To be fair, most XB1 fans are not like that, but we know who the ones are that are less than logical without naming names.

No comment? That's what I hate about this industry. Just take your balls out of your wife's purse and tell the truth.

Ever heard the saying; "silence can be loud"

He talked about the rez and framerate of one platform and didnt talk about the other. Doesn't that tell you all you need to know?

There's also that other saying; "if you have nothing good to say, then say nothing."

So what did the dev do? Get up and walk out of the room. lol

Funnily enough you are actually quite close. It was a "higher up" that came in to the room during the stream and gave the information regarding the PlayStation 4 performance, then when asked about the Xbox One he turned his back to the camera and side-stepped out of the frame.

You can watch it on YouTube at the 46 minute mark:
