Twilight Princess. I think the game suffers from the tacked on motion-controls,
I am kind of curious if there was no OoT 3D remake... would there still be a huge uproar for Majors mask? probably not. Most people screaming for a Majors mask remake are calling for it to be a 3D remake on the 3DS and seem to have the funny idea that because OoT was done, Majoras Mask must be done as well.
Majora's Mask only if they remaster it in HD rather then 3D, or do Twilight Princess like the tech demo so people will shut up finally about Zelda U's art style.

"I think it will be the HDS"-Me in regards to Nintendo's next handheld.
I'm going to do the typical answer and tick Majora's Mask because it probably will be remade and could even be next year. Wind waker only took 6 months because they had a second team making HD Textures while a small team made new features like the Tingle Bottle. Basically all they will need to do and done.
I still think Twilight Princess or Skyward Sword need some kind of HD Collection. No point in giving it new visuals, just do like loads of PS3 games did and just bring it to HD and done.

Then the GameCube version is the version for you.
I say they should remake Link To The Past using the Link Between Worlds engine, and make it DLC for LBW. Then, they can also release a retail copy of LTTP 3D, and have LBW be DLC for that.
Then they should remake Link's Awakening, also using the same engine, and make it DLC.
Since it shouldn't take a whole lot of effort (with the engine and most of the assets already existing for LBW, and probably some of the rest having been made during development of LBW), this would be a good use of time and development money. If the DLC cost about half the cost of a new copy of LBW, I think the balance would be just right.

Unless they get outside studious (2nd/third parties) to do that stuff, I don't want it. Most of the zelda games feel amazing as old school games, especially in this day and age of indie love. The only game that truly needs a remake is MM because the 64 era looks horrible now days (16 bit or less looks nostalgic, 64 just yuck).
