Until this very day, it's still one of the most unique online componets of any game that I've ever played.

Clans, survival, tournaments, deleveling system, the game actually felt like a community, and the game actually took skill. When I compare the online componets to other games with this one, they just feel like ad-ons.

If you played it, what were your thoughts on it? And what would you want to see in MGO3?

I played it once.
I dont remember the actual game, but I do remember spending an age signing up to it.

It was a bit of a pain to set up and my internet wasn't up to snuff at the time.

I still found it cool playing an online shooter with MGS mechanics though.

I enjoyed it, it was the first real online MP I played on console. That seems so long ago, are the servers still up? I presume not.

Konami took them down in 2012. However, someone actually put up a single player server up which requires a jail broken PS3 to get in.

Yeah i played it a little, only about 400 hours lol.

It was tedious to set up, but I loved it!

I loved it, other than the awkward text messaging XD

It took so long to set up that I gave up before trying it.

I liked it but I lagged too much to play it. I played the MGO that came with MGS3 Subsistence a lot though.
