The Spark Man theme is the one that always comes to mind. It was the first Mega Man level I ever played.

It's between Inside the Castle and Dire Dire Docks from Super Mario 64. I had systems before that, but that was the first game I ever connected to musically. The music from Sonic and Donkey Kong Country didn't lodge into my nostalgia box for whatever reason, but Mario 64 did.
