EA by far. Mediocre developers that make mediocre games as well as their attitude in general especially to Nintendo. Rotten to the core!
Followed by the sheep Microsoft that do nothing but emulate anything and everything in the name of recognition.
id software is my favorite gaming company in history. Monolith productions (Blood, Shogo, Blood 2) is close. Least favorite would be current-day Activision. I liked Activision in much earlier days but their current business practices and ethics are atrocious. I also have heard total horror stories about working for them.
EA by a long shot. I have over 250 games, and only 4 are EA published.

EA, though the other two major third-party publishers (Activision and Ubisoft) are pretty bad too - all three are overly reliant on sequels.
