I hope a lot of XBONE owners decide to not purchase it.

Sony might be winning with the PS4, but they're losing in the games department.

They have no big exclusive games coming out. Wii U has Captain Toad, Bayonetta 1 & 2, Hyrule Warriors and Super Smash Bros. 4. XBONE has that amazing Halo collection edition and Sunset Overdrive. Sony has a remake from a year old game. LBP3 is also on PS3. driveclub*

What was the wii U first year like? Xbox one and ps4 both have a crap holiday lineup, so what can we take from this? That just maybe you shouldn;t expect a super star lineup from a system's first year.

Super Mario 3D World and Pikmin 3. Not much, but two great exclusive games. Also Zelda: Wind Waker HD with improved controls, graphics and gameplay. And the Wonderful 101, not a game I like, but it definitely has its hardcore fans around here.

Yes, buying exclusive content is very pathetic. Instead of buying exclusive content from third parties, Sony should focus on getting their own games released. It's very much on-topic. It's like Sony is trying to cover up their own lack of games with this. Invest in your own games, not in timed DLC or advertising rights.

You should also be bitter over such low standards.

Wow.........

whats scary here is that he is actually serious.

LOL at the Nintendo fan starting list wars in a thread about a game that will never come to the Wii U. The next couple of years is going to be very fun to watch. :)

And people thought MS were bad for getting COD DLC 1 month early lol

Paying money to take content away from another platform is always shit since no gamer has anything from that. Nobody does get it earlier as if the console manufacturer wouldn't pay for it. Some only get it later...

But pretty funny how Sony seems to pay for more games as Microsoft right now (timed exclusive Indie games, Timed DLC and so on...) even if so many always hated Microsoft for exactly this attitude. Would be only fair if all these people on VGC would start to say the same bad stuff about Sony now.

Im serious here, but Ive never seen anybody call Sony out on buying exclusive Assassins Creed content for years, or more recently the Watch Dogs content. Not timed, but outright exclusive.

Micros been doing it so long people probably just got used to it.

MS does timed. Sony does permanent DLC. Assassins Creed for years now comes to mind.

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

What an utterly pointless and off topic post is this? You sound extremely bitter.

Low standards? What fucking bullshit.

Making the right deals with the right third parties is not pathetic, it's just intelligent business, MS has been doing this very successfully with Cod for years now. Also who says they are not focussing on getting their games released. Just because they don't have that much for 2014 (cause we all know that Nintendo had no problem delivering their games last year, right? It's only because pathetic Sony doesn't focus enough on finishing their games)? They have 2 games scheduled for Q1 2015 already, so I'd wager that they are very much focussing on getting stuff done.

Just because something is intelligent business doesn't make it right. Gamers are the losers here, that's all what matters. When has Nintendo ever bought timed DLC?

It's a very small amount of content, so I don't really care. They still have to show me quite a lot before I see the game as worthy of my $65. But if it were a big chunk of content then I just wouldn't buy the game.

Idk why anyone is surprised it's potentially locked for a year. Sony must pay good for their exclusive content because most of it never comes to other platforms or takes a long time to do so.

Well, you need 3rd party support before you can do that.

Because it's not coming to Wii U I'm not allowed to voice my opinion about buying timed DLC?

I guess Sony can get away with everything according to some of its fans. If MS bought a one year exclusive DLC, I'm sure the outrage would've been bigger here.

Instead Nintendo saves projects that are about to get cancelled ---> Bayonetta 2.

I know which option I prefer.

And they somehow manage this while being broke/going bankrupt. Weird.
