Since vita is basically a ps4 buddy device should sony make a new vita model?

  1. Same size and shape and buttons.
  2. Front touch screen
  3. Wifi connection
  4. No back touch pad
  5. No gyro and the such
  6. No (or very limited) cpu and the such
  7. No (or very limited) memory
  8. Unable to play games locally
  9. Able to support ps4 remote play
  10. Able to support psnow
  11. Releases at less than $100 like playstation TV.

Nobody want a body device



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

way too much effort.
sell the damn thing at 99$/€ and market it as a controller/remote play/indie station

yeah, i suppose that works too.  at least for psnow.   remote play might be a bit harder to work out on android/IOs.

YES!

 

I'd buy it (just for the streaming). But I'd want the buttons to be DS4-like.

I can actually see Sony going this route at this point. It will piss the shit out of me, though.

But the Vita gyro also recognizes PS4 games that use gyro, I tried it. works very well.
