No, I am not AC'd out. It's been a fairly mild summer thus far.

Oh...Assassin's Creed. I think that that it's a fairly good series, but they really should start spacing out the releases more. It's like when Hootie and the Blowfish came out with their second album like 2 weeks after the first one got big. No one cared. Sadly I think that this is happening to Assassin's Creed and soon Ezio and Altair will be performing at summer fests in front of a couple of hundred people.

PS I never liked Hootie in the Blowish.

After AC3 my faith in the series died. Unity is the same game we get every year with renewed graphics for next gen.

I really wonder sometimes what the reactions of some gamers would be if each AC game came out under just a different name.
Under Black Flags instead of AC4 for example. Without the stupid future stuff.

They are all pretty much the same thing. But for some reason, I'm still looking forward to Unity.

I am planning to buy a new PC to play Assassin's Creed Unity. I think it was one of the best games shown at E3.

But I have to say that I didn't play the first entries of the series and that means I have not the feeling that I play as an Assassin for the 400th time^^

I don't hate Microsoft, I don't hate PC,
I don't prefer Sony, I don't prefer Nintendo.
...Ok, I love Nintendo but this is something about tolerance, ok?

I'm a gamer with one of the greatest hobbies and I want to share this greatness with everyone.

If I would be an Assassin's Creed fan I would be super excited for the next one but I'm not a fan of the franchise.

Some games release yearly but I can play a game like Skyrim hundreds of hours so that I could also play 10 different Asscreed games which take maybe 20? hours each. Would be still not more playtime as for one Skyrim and that over a much longer time frame as I would play a game like Skyrim.

That was always something I never understood. People wonder how some don't get bored by as example the CoD singleplayer because "It's always the same" but even 10 CoD singleplayer don't have more playtime as some single games and these games don't change drastically every 10 hours or so in the game to feel always fresh even after tens of hours...

You could complain that you pay way too much for every COD since it's so short but if you are a CoD fan I don't think that you find it boring to play 10 hours of CoD singleplayer per year...

Yes, I am.

I've played from the first one (and unlike most, I liked it) until Assasins Creed 3, which is the only one I haven't finished. I didn't bother with Black Flag and Unity to me represents the old saying in a new gen of consoles: "same game, prettier graphics".

Honestly, I no longer care.

Please excuse my bad English.

Yeah. I always love the theme, graphics and settings of AC games. But then I play them and they bore me. The gameplay is terribly weak and scripted. I wish it was more fun, but it's not. And I don't like the annual release thing. One per console is enough.

AC 4 was my first game in the series and I was AC'd out before I left Havana. AC is not for me.

No... but I have only played 1, 2 & Brotherhood.
