Destiny represents the largest investment ever for a video game ip.  The marketing for destiny is going to be insane.  I dont think 10 million is that shocking for a lifetime figure.  Especially since as new gMes come out and the franchise picks up steam, this first game is going to continue to sell

destiny (ps4) will have the bigger launch sales

halo mcc will have longer legs

i expect halo to do ~5 mio lifetime sales (even a nice boost on the halo 5 relase)

destiny ps4 alone will do 3,5 - 4,5 mio units lifetime sales . whole game will be  10 mio

Just 3-,5-4.5 millions are you serious,t look at usa preorder Destiny will be huge it's really the next Call of duty if Watch dogs sold 1.8 Millions first week worldwide Destiny will probably having 2.5m-3m in the opening week.

MW3 on PS3 is a comparable game in terms of budget/hype etc. That sold 12million lifetime on a huge install base. I think Destiny is gonna sell huge as well but 10m just on PS4 seems a little bit big. It could reach it but when it comes out the install base will barely be 10m so its gonna have to have massive legs to reach 10m. I'm not saying its impossible though, its just a bit unlikely.

I think Destiny PS4 will reach 6-7m lifetime, could be more if it turns out to have incredible legs.

Halo collection will be lucky to get above 5m I think.

Ps4 install base is growing fast

Im predicting Destiny will be getting sales similar to what COD gets so Destiny.

Both will move a lot of consoles and both will be very successful though.
