Playstation TV will save the Vita lol

It's called playstation vita tv in Japan. Here the vita is not in the name. So I don't think they are counting this as a vita more like a playstation set top box. And if that is the case they are going to be promoting playstation now for it rather than it playing most vita games.

Vita TV has the same problem as Vita it dosn't have game that people want

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

I think it will survive for a 5 Year life cycle and do 15-20 mil sales.

I imagine it'll have some relevance for the life of the PS4. I doubt Sony is motivated to make another handheld gaming console so they might as well milk this one.

Yep... Sony stopped supporting it so if the Parent company stops supporting it, why should the consumer support it

I think people are just overreacting. They showed Grim Fandango and Disney Infinity 2 for it, both new announcements and Oddworld is coming (let's just hope that it releases with the PS4 version). And we know they are developing Freedom Wars and Gravity Rush 2.

So we have 2 Sony games to be released (more than the PS3 that has only 1 because TLG simply never gets finished, if it won't be released on PS4), 3rd party titles and indie games. Only at E3 they announced the Fandango remake and a 3rd party game with exclusive content (Disney Infinity).

Edit: I forgot Tales From The Borderlands too.

I thought the biggest announcement for the Vita was that it is getting the full console edition of Minecraft (and not the Pocket edition like smartphones).

If this means that you can take your PS3 / PS4 levels with you on the go, this could be huge.

Oh, and if they ever update the Playstation TV to support DLNA and 1080p, then I would buy a few just to use as set top boxes.

Meanwhile, at a secret location in the SCEA HQ, a group of brillliant mind(s) a.. ugh... is planning the turn around of the PS Vita in NA:

And E3 isn't over yet.

Lets see the next world wide sales figures
