I doubt neither game will offer a discount for an upgrade from the last gen version.  Maybe Naughty Dog will be nice and offer somewhat of a discount if you bought the game and the season pass......

I have both games on PS3 and I want them both on PS4. The Last of Us because it is my favorite game of all time and GTA V because I just played the story for 10 hours and then never played again (my brother did finish it)

TLOU is a 1 year old game and the remaster has the DLC included. Demanding it to be cheaper than the original would be robbery.

Last of Us was free for me. I'm getting $75 worth of content (since I didn't get Left Behind yet). I sold the artbook for $40 when I first got it (just wanted the steelbook) and when the remaster was announced I sold the steelbook edition for $100. So I spent $80 and got $140 back negating the cost of the remastered edition. Now I'm selling GTA5 steelbook edition and hopefully will get $70 or so for that which will be berry nice

PS4.  Ports, ports, and more ports.  Atleast until 2015.  2014 is the year of the cross gen and inde game port.
