Seems nothing like the Souls games

Talal : Just look at the leak gameplay, it is everything like the Souls game, with a new darker atmosphere, dark city ( open world it seems ?) and new gameplay features.

They make something different like they made something different going from Demon's Souls to Dark Souls.

Well, there is nothing unbelievable considering the fact the main Souls team has done no game since Dark Souls, so it's a long time of developpement for the game, enough to be well ambitious.

Gameplay looks great and similar yeah, but the description implies that the whole game will be in this city which kind of means there won't be that many different environments. Also it seems like this guy is the main character. Having no character creation and different classes would be very different. Dark Souls and Demon's Souls were very similar. This looks way different.

Anyway change can be good. Gameplay enough makes it seem like I'll love the game. Hopefully the rest will be good as well.

if they wanted to make something really similar to a souls game then they would have made another souls game.

Well, it was the same for Dark Souls when it has been revealed , eveyrone thought there was a main character because the trailers only showed one, but i dont think there will be just one character since online seems to be a part of the game still. So we'll see

If you look carefully the gameplay trailer, the environments are very different from the Cgi trailer so we can guess the city has enough variety, like the open world from Dark Souls.

not really a fan of the souls game but this being a new IP interests me. cant wait to see more of this.
