I've purchased two games so far this year, and both have been absolutely fantastic: Endless Ocean and Professor Layton.

Endless Ocean I was highly anticipating. I was interested in Layton, but wasn't prepared for how much I've liked it. Amazing game.

Yes, i had the same problem too... but i soon found out that you had to throw the pokeballs instead if you wanted to catch them!

Oh...So that's what I was doing wrong!?!? I guess I'm so used to the interactivity of the Wii, that I thought my DS was a Pokeball.
