free 2 play is not a problem in my opinion (if done right)
the problem I see with the game is the narrow and randomly generated dungeons
a handcrafted world with tons of memorable places is just way better and that's what made the Souls games as good as they are

afaik Deep Down is only confirmed for Japan at this point so it will be shown at TGS
Capcom were too busy announcing Virtual Console-games
Last time they said they were targeting Japan first, so it will probably be at TGS first...

No, the real problem is : where is Capcom? Do they work on something besides Ace Attorney and Monster Hunter? Their line-up is terribad, I don't know how they intend to profit like that...
