I felt the sony conference and ms conference were nice. The problem is though that i am not excited for the most things they shown. Forza horizon 2 and mc collection are the games i really want and that is it. I really was hoping for fallout 4 or a game that would blem my mind or even better features that i want so much. Ps now is what i want the most that sony showed/told. I love naughty dog but not for uncharted. Crash and jax made me so happy as a child and i was hoping that they showed jax... Happy for the ones who love uncharted but for me i am not so excited. Sony has moved the most away from what i loved from them. Ape escape, jax and daxter, japanese rpgs would have made me so happy aswell but were missing. It is now waiting till tgs or gamescom :(. I miss old sony and i am so suprised that i am alone who think like this ...

Some people are never pleased. The PS4 lineup is fantastic now, but can't seem to say the same about Vita unfortunately. I somehow expected that Sony America didn't care but they focused more on Vita TV, I mean what the fuck! Why can't they seem able to put the focus they have on PS4 into a second platform?

Yeah it was a great conference. Only really needed TLG to make it perfect

and the future is looking bright

Driveclub in October
LBP3 in November
The Order in February
Bloodborne in March

with great looking indies in between, SOME OF THEM EXCLUSIVE, like Helldivers and velocity 2X

now i didn't catch MS show but i know we got a new tomb raider, an exclusive from platinum, i believe 2-3 good looking indies, forza horizon, and the halo complete collection.  i'm sure i've got even bigger gaps here cause i only caught the headlines so far. 

 

point is this was a hell of a great day. i come back from the show expecting to see lots of excitement and what do i find,.. negativity almost exclusivly.  and why?,. because a game is multiplat? because the trailer was (possibly) gci.  because someone leaked the announcment to the internet and ruined your ability to be surprise?  because old awesome games aren't awsome when remade to be even awesomer? because you can't enjoy a game that has a lable of indie or free to play?

Totally agree, vgchartz is one big fanboy fight after another, every thread turns into the same posters spinning everything to make their console look better, it's sad.

lol, sorry.  please forgive me as it was late for me last night.  i was hyped for this game before it was officially announced so i'm sure i'll get all the details right quite soon.

I didn't watch the conference, only the trailers and what I saw I liked. Only issue I had was the majority of the games I'm really looking forward to won't be released until 2015.

The Sony conference was lame, that Uncharted "trailer" was nothing more than a tiny sneak peek at what the game might be. Most games where announced for 2015 and whatever comes in 2014 are multiplats and... Little Big Planet 3. There was a part of the conference that was pretty boing too, they spent quite some time talking about boring stuff.

I fell asleep on my sofa before the conference ended...
