Bloodborne is developed by Japan studio and from Software just like Demon souls so its a exclusive and we are sure that sony not going to make the mistake of Dark souls this time. So, it will make this bloodborne as new series and im really excited for this.

What mistake did Sony make? From Software made Dark Souls on their own accord, there was more money in a multiplatform title. No matter what Sony does, it's going to be hard for them to keep this exclusive. It could very well end up like Demon/Dark Souls and go multiplatform once the XB1 install base becomes more reasonable.

Demon Souls isn't multi-plat, it's owned by Sony. Hence the reason for the name change. And Sony has trademarked the name Bloodbourne, so I'm not entirely sure how often you'd trademark a name you don't own.
The mistake was Sony not wanting to bring the game West, which allowed Atlus to step in and release it in North America, and then Bandai Namco to step in and do so in Europe. They explained this in IGN's Post Sony E3 show. What ended up happening (I guess) was, tantamount to Sony allowing a significant IP to slip through their fingers (Dark Souls is a 'spiritual successor', not a true sequel), this is being viewed as them attempting to fix that mistake, as Demon/Dark Souls have both created quite a little niche for themsleves. (I think this is all accurate, it's from memory but I believe that's the basic gist of it).
