For a while now I would suddenly not be able to open web pages on my PC and only my PC. After a while it would then come back. Lately though, It is more frequent and lasts longer. I have now started changing the DNS server between automatic, Google's, and my ISP's. This immediately fixes it but shortly after the problem arises again and I have to change it. Does anyone know why this is happening and a permanent fix?
