No, from the BF4 icon on the PS4.  It's first come first served (email or everyone that own BF4 on PS4).

Hmmm I got not email and my BF4 doesn't want show anything..All I see is the naval dlc screen but no menu options..

i signed up online a while ago.. just now the icon FINALLY popped up on the ps4.. says its closed and sign up on the waiting list, which is where everyone signs up

It's under the overview section.  It took forever for that section to load up because PSN crashed after the beta announcement. 

it says instant access is closed, signup for waiting list. :( booooooooo

I think assassin's creed still is going to have more contents and bundles exclusively on ps4. Probably msft just paid a lot for showibg the trailer at the conference, but i doubt ubispft will change parters as sony get sstronger and more dominant in the market.

Already said it, no console exclusive content for either platform. Pre-order/Special edition content instead.
