Though I like Shu, House and Tretton more, Phil Spencer is quite likeable. As much as I hate to admit it, he oozed confidence at last year's E3 conference. For me, he's far more likeable than Major Nelson, Shane Kim and... that other guy... what's his name-- Don Mattrick.
