So, me and some friends are going to japan during september. Weve had tickets for months and last night we all got together to go over what we're going to do...see the whale shark aquarium, the robot bar, gundam land. Etc.

Then one of my friends is like, how about this game show in tokyo. I leapt to my seat! Tokyo game show? He's like yeah umm tokyo..game show? I was bewildered. Do you not know what tgs is??? He had no idea. I said along with e3, leipzig, and gamescom its probably one of the biggest gaming shows in the world! 

We checked the dates. 18-21. Yeah, I said, but what are the general public days? Hes like...oh umm the 20th. Thats the day we leave! But, we leave at night :)

Anyway, this is just confirmation that im going to tgs. If u wanna meet the coolest muthafucka on the planet then hit me up, ya bish.

I've been living in Tokyo for 2 years and I haven't done any of the things you mentioned...

Living versus visiting mind set.  I visited a friend in London years ago and he saw more in the week of my visit than the seven years being there.

I know, it happens to everyone. I'm from Spain and I've never been to Barcelona, my friends from NY haven't been to the Statue of Liberty, etc.

To be fair I'm not interested in whales or robots, but I love all the random festivals here like Oktoberfest in May.
