I'm not sure what you mean, exactly.  As in Microsoft does but Capcom doesn't?  Then it won't happen.  It's Capcom's game, they would have had to OK anything like that in the publishing negotiations.  These aren't spur-of-the-moment decisions.

No surprise there. Microsoft exclusives mostly end up on PC anyways, which is why they never help the console as much as PS exclusive does.

Yes, lets shit on MS for crappy policies because a good game that wouldn't even exist had they not stepped in to support it, might eventually come to PC.

Also your picture really doesn't mesh with reality when Sony puts it on games that aren't exclusive:

And it's also plastered on any game that comes with timed exclusive DLC or exclusive DLC in general.

Would be pretty cool though. DR3 had some pretty shitty frame rate issues sometimes because of the zombie count, a PC version would give people the opportunity to play it without those issues.

As if there is proof porting exclusive games to the PC hurts Xbox? I believe MS is supporting Windows with more games to discourage people from using SteamOS. Another example of why competition is good.

DR3 is poorly optimized. The game had frame drops even when little was on screen.

MS needs more 1st party studios to make exclusive games.

When Nintendo/Sony sales are down, they could count on first party studios to make exclusive games people wanted.

Unless sales turn around, Microsoft is going to have a very hard time this generation buying true XBox One exclusives. Expect more exclusive content, timed exclusive or XBO/PC "exclusives".
