Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair will launch for PS Vita on September 2 in North America and September 5 in Europe, NIS America announced. The game will be available in both retail and digital forms. 

The game follows a high school student as they are thrust into a life-or-death situation, using their wits and teamwork to survive. Each student was chosen for a special ability they possess, making them the “ultimate” example of something.

NIS America will release Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, the sequel to Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, on September 2 in North America. Europe will get the PlayStation Vita game on September 5.

 

Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair has a new cast of characters designed by Rui Komatsuzaki and instead of a school its set on Jabberwock Island. You’re trapped here with classmates from Hope’s Peak Academy and the machinating Monokuma who has another game of murder for you to play. Just like the first game, Danganronpa 2 has players search for clues and point out contradictions to reveal the truth.

Conception 2 3DS: 13k

Vita isn't a bad choice for niche stuff like this.  Bigger Japanese games, I agree, the 3DS userbase would help them.

I meant it more that it would sell more on 3DS than Vita, as well as just in general.  DR isn't as nearly as niche as CII, and the install base for the 3DS is just that much larger. But who knows.
