Vanquisher Seal is all I need to take you down!

I have so many backstabbing to do to you before killing you mercilessly.

I'm getting a PS4 in october just in time for Dragon Age. Would be so great if they had a PS4 version of this game by that time as well :)

You ever joined the dragon covenant and dueled? What's your record? I went 25-5 and that's when I was first getting used to it. 

I'm ashamed to admit that I rarely play Dark Souls online Well, I've dueled like four or five guys who leave their sign on the ground, but I never joined the covenant.

I only joined because when you get 25 wins you get to have that sweet dragon armor from the guys in aerie peak or w/e. I never really participated in the pvp from the souls series before that. I learned that I was pretty damn good though. 

Ah, yes, that armor is badass. I should have invested time trying to get it instead of getting 50 awestones for the Vanquisher Seal :(

That's crazy. The company covenant is the only one I didn't do anything with because it seemed like a waste of time. It just makes the game harder and the final reward for ranking is just the Vanquisher Seal which is only good for the lulz. I respect the dedication though. 

If you don't want to battle 50 times, though, there's a neat trick playing offline before the Rat King boss. There's a NPC that will invade you 15 times consecutively in NG+, so you only need to use 4 bonfire ascetics and you're done!

Is the seal useful though? I know it increases your bare handed damage but can it actually rival good weapons/spells?

I'm still trying to swallow my personal disappointment with DkS2 that I barely have touched it aside the first 3 weeks after its release. This is going to be a hard decision because of as much as I'm disappointed and as much I don't want to keep supporting this avalanche of DLC for From, I still am curious.
