yep, worth every penny at $60, so can't go wrong with $5 (just don't get awakening, or any of the dlc for that matter...)

OMG Yes! Best one in the series easily.

Just make sure you stop after finishing it. They completely changed the gameplay in the newer ones and not for the better.

Yeah, but i'd recommend it on PC or 360 if you have the options.  The PS3 version has very bad framerate.  You might think it's not much of an issue because it's an RPG, but it's a pretty major annoyance with how bad it is.  Even with the horrible framerate, it's still an amazing game so if you have no other version to choose from then should still get it.

Might pick up the mass effect dlc. A friend (I use the term rather loosely, perhaps associate is more appropriate) recommended the Atelier series, however it just looks like, I dunno, pretty girl waifu nonsense to me. I've enjoyed some jrpgs, like certain tales entries (vesperia and xillia), lost odyssey, ni no kuni, most final fantasy games, based on that would anyone recommend this escha game?
