To clarify, the Playground Games is developing solely for the Xbox One version, using Forza Motorsport 5's graphics engine as a baseline. The Xbox 360 version is being handled separately by Sumo Digital.

what is their resume like, the only thing i can thing of is that one launch window vita game i never got. the one where you draw kind of like in okami.
Sumo Digital?
They did Sonic All-Stars Racing and Transformed. The Vita launch title they did was Virtua Tennis if I remember properly. They also managed to get Outrun 2 running near perfectly on the original Xbox and later 2006: Coast 2 Coast on PS2 and PSP (PSP port was an incredible achievement for the time).
They've done a fair lot really, they did a lot of the handheld ports of racing games some not so good as others (includes TOCA Race Driver, Sega Rally, DiRT 2 etc.)
I think their main credential really is getting very good representations of games made for much more powerful hardware running pretty much the same.
There are few studios which more experience and qualifications for the job really. 360 owners should be getting a solid release.

Good news Sonic All-Stars racing did well, I’m still hoping sega will do a Sonic All-Stars brawler at some point.
Well if it goes anything like 360 Titanfall, everybody should be happy.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
Confirmed, the 360 version is a kart racing game.
