I've played through a few more levels, there's nothing the amazes me so far :/

Yeah, I feel the same way. There's nothing wrong with the game, it's just not extraordinary.

The game is pretty stardard in most ways. The new thing was the narrator, which i thought was pretty cool. The soundtrack was really melodic and i liked the art style too. Overall, i quite enjoyed playing this game.

I think that's a good way to put it. Music is good, art direction is good, narrator is new and interesting. The gameplay is solid, too, but it's still not drawing me in. You know that feeling you get when you shut off a great game, and you immediately want to go back five minutes later? That's what I'm missing.

Do you guys have any favorite weapon/special ability combinations?

Just did a marathon session and beat the game. Solid game, just nothing spectacular.

One thing I really liked were the idols, which allow players to customize the difficulty level to get more XP and money.

7.5/10 for me.
