He can play as a defensive midfielder in a pinch, but he isn't one.

Bayern played without a proper striker because Lewandowski was injured. Muller played in his place, and he hasn't scored like he used to this year.

Probably because Muller hasn't been that good scoring since last year when he missed a pen vs Atletico. I'm guessing Vidal felt confident after scoring the first goal and asked for it. And while he's good defending I don't consider him a dm.

Vidal has always taken those.  He takes them for Chile and he was the main kicker in Juve I think. No lewy and Müller fucked up last season so it was expected 

Honestly, I just remember two misses from him, last year in Copa Centenario (Romero catched it well) and this one (awful atempt lol)

Today's events at Bastia - Lyon are fucking disgusting. First the Lyon players get attacked by a bunch of hooligans when they enter the pitch to do their warming up, and then they get attacked at halftime, even a fucking steward attacked the Lyon players.
IMO you can't punish this hard enough. Should just turn all Bastia's remaining games to a 3-0 win for their opponents and have them start with a huge point deficit next season. Also should close the stadium for a bunch of games.
