Pretty interesting how so far all opening goals were goalkeeper errors
France's 1-0 against Romania: Payet crosses it in, goalkeepers comes out of his goal, completely misses the ball to give Giroud the free header
Switzerland's 1-0 against Albania: Shaqiri takes the corner, goalkeepers comes out of his goal, doesn't get anywhere near the ball giving Schar the free header
Wales' 1-0 against Slovakia: Bale shoots the free kick right at the goalkeeper from 30 yards out, goalkeeper takes a step to the left and can't recover in time

Are you kidding me? That was a foul that was not given. Unless you're telling me that the keeper had a magnet in his harm forcing the elbow to hit him.

I just watched it again, don't see what Giroud did wrong. He went for the ball, not for the goalkeeper and it was outside the 6 yard box. And those collisions just happen. Then again I can't find a replay with a good angle.

It doesn't matter if it was in the box or not. His elbow went for the keeper's arms first, which caused the keeper to miss the ball. How can you say it was the keeper's error?

Well all I can find at the moment is the normal TV angle, need a replay to see that well.
Edit: yup, I agree, foul based on this https://streamable.com/amfa

You're welcome.
The referees did an overall terrible job. The penalty shouldn't have been given either because of a foul that happened before it.

Can honestly say, that's the first time since 2002 that I've seen an England team play with a bit of passion. Dominated that first half easily, I think Vardy has got to come on for Kane though.

Missed the first half due to a call but from what I saw it looked quite exciting. Rooting for England to score just one goal :)

Would be cool if Nik posted his table with all the predictions so we could check for ourselves.
