Heh. Well if you want to know what I'd pick if ND weren't in there; Guerrilla. Because SCE Cambridge made MediEvil and they're a part of them now. Sadly, the series is probably dead. If not them it's a tie between a couple, among which Santa Monica.

I always am ready to say that instead of ND and then I remember they're making Sunset Overdrive for XO which really sucks! Quit stealing other people's stuff MS!!! First RARE and now Insomniac! Though they haven't done anything I love since Resistance 3...at least Nexus was fun if short. Seriously though Ratchet is my favorite series of all time and Resistance 3 my favorite FPS

I've enjoyed every single one of those games. The only developing team that could compete was Insomniac but they chose to remain third party and never got the same publicity they deserved for their great games.

I still remember playing the original spyro games on ps!

I just don't get why they're going away from Playstation now.  I mean they used to be SO close.  I remember on PS2 when Ratchet would have Jak nods in their games and vice versa.  It was really cool and I remember seeing Youtube interviews where Ted Price would talk about how they were basically brother studios.  It's really sad to see them making stuff for MS now and getting paid to keep it exclusive.  They may have gotten jealous of ND's critical and commercial success while they basically plateaued.  I think the turning point was Resistance 3.  They made an AWESOME game with no weapon limit, CRAZY weapons with great secondary fires and upgrading, health packs instead of regeneration, a well-told story, and fun and varied enemies and encounters yet got so little return because Sony botched the marketing and failed to even show gameplay in their ads.  I think that may have caused the rift because after that all they've gotten is mini Ratchet titles and Insomniac first announcing Fuse would be multi and then Sunset Overdrive being XB exclusive.

Japan Studio has made a bunch of great games. I hope they start announcing more ps4 titles soon. 

Japan Studio for me. I love the fact that they have a very diverse library of games and the fact that Sony allows them to make very creative games that aren't going to sell millions of copies. Some of my favorite games from that studio includes: Shadow of the Colossus, Patapon, Puppeteer, and Echochrome.

I have been a fan of Naughty Dog for years. Crash Bandicoot, Jak & Daxter, Uncharted, and now The Last of Us are all great series and the studio just seems to get better with age.

Sucker Punch is a very close second to me tho. They don't have ND's pedigree of games but Infamous is just such a good IP to me, I think I enjoy those games a tad more than Uncharted. I dabble in Sly, not bad but not one of my favs.

I personally do not care for Sony Santa Monica's work. God of War doesn't interest me at all, I do respect it's popularity tho. Same thing with Polyphony and Gran Turismo, couldn't care less.
