Of those definitely Zelda U. Though there are quite a few 3rd party games I'm a lot more excited for than that.

Out of the list: Legend of Zelda: Shard of Nightmare. At e3: Pokken Fighters, Super Smash Bros U, Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, Xenogears: Origins (X), and Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
