Where I live in the middle of nowhere there is no fast internet.

I need to know which one I should buy for offline play.

I like games that are fast paced and excitement.

What system should I get?

Wii would be the least affected by lack of online play, 360 the most, but really it all depends on which console has the games you like best.

Might help if you're more specfic than fast paced and exciting as that can encompass a lot of games. Also be helpful if we knew what systems/games you currently or previosuly owned.
