Forums - Microsoft - Bing rewards program

If you have one or two accounts you should get 30, if more you should get 15 (up to five accounts). That was my understanding of it anyways.

It may be based on when you account was created. My account gets 30+ points a day; however, others I know only get 15 a day unless there is some promotion going on. My account was created a while before any of these others. It is possible after you account hits a certain age this will change, but I haven't seen anything that would back this up.

People actually use bing?

Well at least you get rewards from it. Never used it so can't really answer specific question.

I use it to get free xbox live credit. I have a question, how come one of my accounts in my household can ear 30 credits a day (1 point for three searches) and my account can only earn 15 credits per day? Both are gold status. please help! I want to be able to earn 30 points per day

Search on google instead, you will find the answer.

This. Google is vastly superior. I do not like Google as a company so I attempted to switch to Bing but Google is just WAY better at getting you the information you need.

I've had my account for like 3 years now and I only get 15 though.

Yea, that's why I said it probably isn't determined by how old your account is, but on when you created it. It may be that the 30 pt people are the ones that were part of the Bing rewards program before they changed it. Maybe if the account was created within the first few months of when the program started; before they lowered the amount of points you can gain a day.

That may be your experience, but I find all my bing searches to be every bit as accurate and as fast as google.

My account was created with the previous version of bing rewards. Perhaps they raised it to 15 because they decide that would be the best balance for them?

You must look up very unspecific things lol. But I am glad you use Bing, I wish I could I can not stand Google as a company and vastly prefer MS
